Summer Positions 2023
Box Office Coordinator
POSITION WILL BE FILLED WHEN A SUITABLE CANDIDATE IS IDENTIFIED, SO APPLY NOW!
Working with other staff and volunteers, the Box Office Coordinator will be the front-line staff welcoming audiences to the performances of Two Planks and a Passion Theatre. Responsible for setting up the box office and supporting the production until the performances begin, they will liaise with Visitor Services and Theatre staff, serve patrons, lead them to the shows and do box office reconciliations each evening.
It’s a great way to support the theatre while engaging with the public in a lovely and meaningful way.
Fields of Study: Public Relations, Arts, Theatre, Management, Hospitality or Tourism
Term: Summer 2023, June through August
Rate: $14.50 / hour for 35 hours/ week depending on funding and/ or experience.

Ross Creek Camp Counsellors live on-site for the summer from Sunday through Friday, and support our incredible arts camps! Running camp games, and participating in the life of camp, field trips and evening programs, Camp Counsellors and junior staff ensure that the programs function efficiently on a day-to-day basis, while creating an incredible, memorable and wonderful summer for our campers and each other! Camp Counsellors: ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times, promote and maintain RCCA policies and procedures, create and maintain a positive camp environment, participate in and lead games and spirit activities to foster enjoyment and self-esteem, assist Education Director, Camp and Centre Staff and Instructors as necessary, and help make magic for kids and your team for a great summer!
Fields of Study: Arts, Theatre, Visual Arts, Education
Term: Summer 2023, Mid June through End of August
Rate: $490 per week, including room and board
