Description

TWO-DAY WORKSHOP June 10 & 17 (From 11:00 to 4:00)

Taught by collaborators, writer Sue Goyette and artist Tara Cooper, this community-based workshop
uses the mechanics of pop-up books and writing as a springboard for participants to consider their own
stories and responses to these troubled times. In other words, it employs wonder and discovery as a
possible way to move forward, but also acknowledges the personal and collective losses we have and
continue to endure. As a pilot project, supported through a Canada Council Grant, this two-day
workshop is being offered for free.
