Hometown Hallowe’en

Hometown Hallowe'en is back!

Oct 18 - Community Arts Day

On October 18, join us to celebrate the season with our community Arts Day at Ross Creek from 1 -4.

COSTUME MAKERY

Design your and build your costume, and puppets getting ready for our Hometown Halloween parade!

COSTUME EXCHANGE

We will also be welcoming costumes at those times to be adapted and donated for other kids to use – so drop down and make, donate, or grab and go (please ensure any donated costumes are clean and in good shape)!

Oct 31 - Hometown Hallowe'en

HALLOWE’EN PARADE

On Hallowe’en, make Canning your home base: families can join us to get ready at the Annex, departing there for a trick or treating walk through the village at 6 pm!

Parade the main street sidewalks with our puppets created at Two Planks and during the puppetry residency accompanying the kids of Canning as we walk through the village! Families can then split off for longer treat-gathering or end at the Lion’s Hall for a fabulous party!

We also need teen and adult volunteers for Hallowe’en to make and walk puppets!
